We will help you raise positive kids by having them in an activity with other positive kids and families.

We offer the highest quality martial arts instruction, with over 30 years experience in teaching, in a safe and positive learning environment. We offer specially designed martial arts and self defense programs for children, teens, adults, and even the whole family. Mende's ATA Martial Arts is proud to have created over one hundred great black belt leaders in Forsyth County since 1995. We look forward to you becoming one of the next hundred in the years to come.

UPCOMING Events

Testing for colored belt and black belt juniors and adults is the week of May 14th-May 17th , 2012 in students regular class. Belt Ceremony is on Friday May 18, at 6:30pm. We have testing coupons available to save $. Please pay before your child tests.

Mothers Day Class is on Friday May 11th. Come train with your children or just by yourself. It will be fun and exciting. After class kids can stay for our Mother's night out and a movie. Kids bring a friend and they get to take a class! $25 for the night. Mom's class is free and we can even give you a uniform!

Our first Summer Camp of the Summer is on Monday, June 4 through Friday, June 8th from 9:00am-3:00pm. Campers will expand their Taekwondo Skills, fitness, and fun games. There will be a field trip to Slapshots for skating one day and if weather permitting a lunch in the park and some kickball. Price for the week is $199 and includes all meals and supplies and a t-shirt. To reserve your spot a $100 deposit is required and if you sign up before May 18th price of the camp is $185. No Martial Arts experience necessary.

Our second Camp of the summer will be from Monday July 23 through Friday July 27th. This will be a Martial Arts Camp with all of the aspects of training including weapons. New student will be able to earn their Orange belts that week and current students can advance in rank. Everything: lunch ,snacks t-shirt and any supplies included. Price of this Camp is $249. $100 deposit required and if you pay before July 6, the price of camp is $235. Age eligibility for each camp is 6+.
